Arrow Install a Aftermarket Android Head Unit (Joying) -- HELP

I want to purchase one of their head units in future as it's a cool unit with a lot of features and you cannot beat Android for flexibility, unlike that apple car play and android play rubbish.

I managed to get a list of all the things I need, but the one problem that Joying confirmed with me is my OEM backup camera will not work with their harness, they said that I should purchase one of their aftermarket cameras. What's the point of ripping out my factory camera for an after market one over a wiring connection?

Here is my Factory head unit:

This is supposedly a pin-out diagram from a GTS model:

Aparently this already has a 12 volt to 6 volt step down coverter, but I am yet to find that out when I wire it up.
