There are no gaskets that come with this exhaust (again, look at the pictures
here). It uses a v-band clamp at the rear and it re-uses the stock donut gasket at the front which you already have given my assumption you're on the stock front pipe. The fact that you're asking all these questions and are overly concerned is what leads me to believe that part.
And yes the pictures on the site show 2 bolts but just try to re-use your stock ones and if they're not working out go buy new ones that are going to be under $5.
So meet up, if it's OK, buy it. If you're not comfortable, then walk away.
If it's missing the v-band clamp just buy a new one. At the end of the day you're still way ahead on price vs buying this brand new.
