That TSB has nothing to do with coilpack failures. If I keep burning them out I'll give the $300 harness a shot but I have yet to find a dealership willing to reflash my car with an updated tune and I'm on aftermarket (OFT) right now.
Edit: Also there's like zero evidence that it'll work... like nobody except for bob who ended up tearing out the engine anyway...
