If you simply can't wait then I think they will be worth the gamble. Worst case the damping has changed more than anyone realizes and the Swift's don't ride well and you end up selling them when something better comes along. I suspect the damping changes aren't that massive and the Swift's will work just fine.
I'm sure some will vehemently disagree, but I think this goes for pretty much all lowering springs that currently have a good reputation. Nothing major about the suspension has changed to my knowledge other than some damper and spring rate tweaks, theoretically if you grabbed some '13-'16 dampers and put swift springs on them you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a '17 with that setup and a '13-'16 with the same setup.
