Toyota could produce a Prius C and Honda could produce a CRZ, I don't see how they can't add a smaller pack of battery and a motor in between the engine and gearbox. a higher performance model should be at least 10k more expensive compared to the based car. With a higher tuned version of the FA20 and equipped with electric motor to boost HP and Torque, I can see it having 250-280HP combined and possible 50% more torque, but at a penalty of about 100kg increase in weight.
Remember, Toyota do have experience using their Hybrid tech to increase performance. ie GS450h and LS600h.
