Ichi, what general area of SLC are you thinking about? Also, renting or buying? Just you and your fiancée for now? My wife lives in South Jordan; she could probably dig up some prospects from her realtor friends if I ask nicely.
Also, from a previous post. Anyone can officiate a wedding in Utah; they just need to get licensed. You could have a family member do it if you wanted to. I can get that info from her as well; she just officiated her daughter's wedding. You have my contact info if you need anything.
