The quick detailer is in case anything bad gets on the paint, you can clean it off before it causes damage.

Its like you read my mind! (Or its kinda common sense for road trip, don't mean this in a rude way)
Already got all of those, and an half quart of oil along with coolant packed in the trunk. I keep half quart of oil along with window cleaner in the trunk at all times, just for who knows what. I'm trying to pack light but also bringing snacks (cliff bars and banana), water, and emergency supplies.
