I don't remember the exact combination but I looked in a 2017 BRZ manual at the Subaru I work at and you have to do some combination of the track and traction control buttons to turn it on, the car comes with it set off by default, which is odd because on the WRX and STI it comes set to on by default.
Edit: I do see that someone already supplied the "cheat codes".
