The '13 JDM tS model had the most of the chassis reinforcements. On the '15 JDM tS model, many of them were ommited. Maybe, they wanted to create a more "street friendly" car or because the '15 chassis was already re-inforced from the factory. Especially, the rear end. Maybe it is the same reason for the US tS model. Not much need on this chassis.
