well, we have 1.5 months before NYAS...i am crossing my fingers AND toes that it will remain a toyota...but in all honestly, if the performance is there, interior is good, styling remains fairly the same, price is fair...i don't see why would people not buy it.

Mk4 Supra Turbo had 2 extra cylinders, an extra turbo and 120 hp more than the top of the line turbocharged Alltrac Celica of the same era.
With the Scion scenario we are talking
maybe a 20 hp difference, probably less torque (will feel less powerful to clueless test-drivers), probably a smaller engine, being sold for more money by a company that caters to performance noobs. How's that going to fly for sales?
