@ Benadryl: As everyone says, if your car is fine for the past few days, you should be ok. You probably just increased the wear of a part, nothing serious. Just pray that nothing really went bad. But praise God you didn't blow up your engine!!

For sure! I was a part of RX8Club a few years back so the second i saw a forum for the 86's I knew i wanted to join. People can be extremely helpful at times.
And thank you sir, looking back my tires could have locked up and i probably wouldn't be typing this today.. those back roads can be awfully tempting but dangerous
And replacing the engine would spin my life a 180 in terms of finances. Never again!!
