I wouldn't say it's useless. Even the 2013 cars are not due for smog yet. Just like people who were worried about Edelbrock getting CARB cert. for no reason.(when Edelbrock has attained CARB cert for every single system they put out) These are large companies, that have plenty of experience getting the certification, the line to get this done however, is long and takes time and money. It WILL happen.
