Short answer NO

Long answer Most likely NO, but maybe

Ecutek like Brzedit changes the standard ecu access seed/key sequence so it can only be written to by ecutek or brzedit.

Both Ecutek & Brz edit don't have a ecu "read" function that produces a readable rom anyway.

This is to protect tuners work.

If and this is highly unlikely the original tuner wrote and ecutek tuned rom to ECU WITHOUT ecutek racerom features added then the seed/key will be standard and you could read it with a tactrix cable. Its the addition of racerom features that causes the seed/key change.

Even if you had the original file sent by tuner it will only have flash access with your ecutek kit, unless the tuner sends you an unlocked ecutek tune, highly unlikely.

The only thing you can do is log the ecu/tune and see the afr cam timing, ignition timing etc used at different rpm/loads. but you wont be able to see the actual tables. or anything like that in the actual ecu.
