New sensor might not be electricly compatabke with oem , ecu expects certian charasteristics.

Try removing the 90 spacer.

If the new sensor is not sending corrdct signsks to ecu it nay be causing you other issues lije rich cruise fueling. You may have to do more than just diabke that one code, you may also need to zero out all the rear o2 compensations they are calked AF#3 in romraider

Or get an oem sendor from an auto wrecjer recycler
