I would but it would be unnecessarily cruel. Enjoy your traction and stability control software to the max I say. If you try just a little bit harder it will be operating a lot more often and you'll be thanking Subaru for including it.
I switch mine off, but then I have a lot more power to deal with than you do and it doesn't scare me.
