Whenever I think I learn to not talk about what I don't know the ins and out of I get burnt. Go figure.
I have no idea what a real estate agent does other than what my two cousins told me. Both drive BMW for work and have a small sports car for leisure. They want the 4 door for visits though. As long as their car is not rusting to death and clean, I'll usually be okay. Otherwise it would make me think that they can't sell a house.
As someone who's never had to deal with real estate agents, I have no idea how things normally go.
I already know my cousin will help me with visits one the time comes.
