So the problem is fixed!!!! It turns out the oil filter the last person put on was either incorrect or wasn't secured hence the ringing/grinding/whirring noise. Anyways after some extensive testing between 5,000-6,000 rpms, no more noise.

As for the guy talking about stupidity to those who can't read an oil dip stick, I'm sorry I'm not a genius, and don't know some of the basics even though I own a car however I think instead of calling people for not knowing something, you should at least try to educate instead of causing hate. I may not know how to read a dip stick but I can drive, and do many other things just fine
