At an inch max you probably won't need lca, but if you want it perfect it is a good idea to have them. Even stock, they can be off by .2 to .3 degrees on each side.

After you lower it, the poke will be reduced due to the added camber. The tops will be tucked in further, but the bottoms of the wheel will be about the same. The camber creates an illusion of what is vertical so it will look better.
