The next thing I would recommend is wheels+tires followed closely by brake pads and fluid. You can shave off a few lbs of unsprung weight per corner and get a huge boost in grip. You will then want better brakes to make sure you can use all that grip with no fade worries.

You are taking a similar approach to me when I start my budget track build. I plan to do all of the same with the addition of wheels+tires, replace all fluids, brake pads, and oil cooler. I plan to do the fluids and oil cooler first because I like a healthy car and then tires+brakes because I like not dieing. Then add power.
