Took some pictures to show whats going on with the front helper spring first in a free state:

As you can see, the helper spring doesn't have a thick enough compressed height and the upper camber plate spring perch gets pushed into the plastic perch. Unfortunately the same thing happens when I put it on the bottom, this time its the adjustable perch thats hitting.
The only solution I could come up with was to use the rear helper which is 10/60/80, versus the fronts 3/60/80. Since the rear helper has a higher spring rate, the coils are thicker and it is about half an inch thicker fully compressed versus the softer 3/60/80 which is just enough clearance. I took a picture to show how the fronts look like with the 10/60/80 rear helper with the suspension loaded up.
The only thing I'm missing is what was the reason for the fronts using different helpers in this case, I know kw v3s nowadays come with 10/60/80 front and back according to their website. I'm just wondering if there will be any issues running the softer helpers in the rear?
