Hitler died in 1945. Dr Who and Cybermen appeared in 1964(ish?). No timeline crossover, that I know of, between Cybermen and Hitler, although Doctor #11 had an encounter with the Reich during his run.

Did you actually just say there is no timeline crossover in a show with the whole premise that a guy travels across timelines? Maybe Hitler had a Tardis as well and is actually Cyberman.
