It's kind of tricky. The tricky part is that I can't remember how I got mine to stay ....... ...... after I've taken it off to run wires down through there.

I think I start by pushing it up against the windshield glass at the top and then the bottom and finish by catching the clip at the inner top.

Yep, make sure the clip is still there and not broken.
