Yeah, they probably didn't touch the rear. The day before they installed the new tires. When I got home I tightened everything to 89 ftlbs. Then the next day when they did the alignment is when the loosened them again...and didn't tighten them back.
2nd time this happened with them. I don't know if I even want to tell them since then I'll be the "complainer customer". The day before after the tire went on, I also checked the pressure and one tire was filled to 52 psi and the rest 40.
