I have since noticed that the pedal has a slight squeak to it and also there's more feel through the pedal but it's not necessarily a great feeling. When I push the pedal down, I can feel the clutch disengaging but it's kind of like a crunchy feel to it. Most of the pedal range is smooth but once I actually get to the engage/disengage point it has much more texture. It's kinda nice because it's more communicative but I'm also concerned that something's wrong. Other than those things, nothing has changed and the clutch performs fine. No TOB noise that I can detect.
Thoughts?

There should be no crunchiness. That's the TOB binding on the guide. Needs to be cleaned up and possibly replaced.
