Their real offset is +45. I was sleepy and wrote what I had on my notes which was 7mm spacer up front and 14mm spacer back rear.

Why the 14mm spacer in the rear, if I may ask? You'd be able to fit the 18x9.5 +45 in the rear no problem without a spacer at all. The front I guess you'd need it to clear the factory spring perch, but the rears would be fine as far as I've read.
