95mm = standard boost
90mm = high boost pulley
85mm = higher boost pulley
each pulley swap should be around 2-3lbs of boost in jump according to a conversation I had with moto-east since I was debating on upgrading my pulley. Decided to stick normal though. Maybe you are actually running the 90mm pulley. Hard to say though unless you actually look at it, but there's not much room to look once it's mounted.
Actually... I just re-read your original post. You have a cat in your system. I remember the first year I was on track with my stock front pipe with my cat I was getting about 14psi. standard boost pulley c38. fast forward to last track season, I was only reading 11-12psi. Fast forward to a few months ago, I replaced my whole exhaust when I looked at my downpipe, no cat was there. The reason why boost is showing higher is because there is more pressure caused by the cat. Really nothing you should worry about other than your cat eventually melting/blowing out.
