Ex. My Mazda got a flat and it was unrepairable. I spent a good two hours at firestone passing the phone back and forth with the tech before they would approve the replacement. Then it took a good two weeks of emailing, calling, and general pestering before they would pay me back. It was not worth the 150 or so it covered. Another was I busted my windshield in a company car. Regular thing, driving behind a semi and caught a rock just right. Called them and met with a replacement qualification specialist... He said it looked like I broke it on purpose and the repair was denied. I just paid out of pocket and submitted the expense, not worth the warranty they paid. Those are actually my only two instances of hassles. A "read the fine print" problem with warranties was my wife's new Mazda had a flat and she had a free tire warranty from the dealer. Turns out it was only repairs and not replacements and only at that dealership. Luckily discount tire does free repairs for everyone.
