the easy way to do it, take it to a good alignment shop. A good shop will inspect and if something is bent or damaged, they will tell you what it is. tell you how much it will cost for them to fix it. tell them no it's ok. fix it yourself with what they tell you and that's that. my guess is the control arm or strut assembly where it bolts onto the knuckle is bent could be a tie rod too. a lot of different things.
