Yea just figured it out, the birds have to chirp, the sun has to be up and u have to have your tounge on the roof of your mouth.
On a second note...do not follow the full race spark plug guide. They tell u to put a ngk bkr9eix plug in...but that plug has a 14mm thread pitch and stock is 12mm. FML AND FU FULL RACE!!!
