Just make sure there is no unseen damage from the accident. It really sucks that Australia charges you a tax/fee of 5k to F/I your car. You basically have no choice but to pray the car is in good condition. DIY would be way to expensive. I want to SC mine very badly but I am having issues with spending 6k on the edelbrock kit. Then another 1k+ for install and tune. If there was another 5k on top of that no one in the US would add F/I to this car. They would just do a motor swap. Which might not be a bad idea for you. 2013 86 with a good body. Swap in a LS2 crate motor. I think the whole swap including engine and transmission is like 12k installed in the US. You can sell the old motor and tranny to get a bit of the money back.
