PAC CAM-TY11 harness + camera called SV-6818.EM.II (can be installed with or without the guide lines), some wiring and a hole saw for the install.
Integrates into HU to show the camera when put in reverse (I'm guessing because of the harness). That's all I can read in the box. I got it couple of weeks before my car got t-boned, so never got to install it.
