No grinding sound in idle/ or when shifting. Shifts perfectly fine & accelerates fine as well. Seems like the clutch is engaging/disengaging correctly. Currently in the break in process for the clutch. Any ideas on what the sound might be? Will post a video of sound soon.
Hello LeosFRS and welcome to our forum ......

Maybe, just maybe, when you get up to speed, a piece of one of the underside or wheel well plastic shields is fluttering and dragging on the ground or rubbing against a tire.
