Shiv did a lot for the community. Not just pushing products, but helping people understand the basics of tuning. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's not intentionally ignoring you.

Gopherboy6956 When you called them, was it during business hours? Did they just not pick up, or did they tell you to shove off? When you emailed, was it from a well-known domain, or is there a chance it could have been picked off a spam?
