I wasn't the only one that overlooked that, but... your claim they 'fail the cheat test' is unwarranted and bogus. They're selling a product that doesn't need a tune. The dynos I expect for such a product would be... you guessed it...

I can say yes - your claim is correct,
they're not showing tuned results. But they're showing
equally tuned results of before and after, with some rigor applied to the testing, demonstrating effective improvement under those conditions. That (keeping before/after conditions as similar as possible, including level of tuning) is what most companies fail at, which is probably why I overlooked your condition that they be
tuned.
Sure, it would be interesting to see tuned dynos, but as Nameless has discovered, that's no guarantee of anything either... since no one seems to be able to quite reproduce their results.
