They are machines and are meant to be taken apart and put back together. That is why everything isn't locked away inside a sealed module. Being machines also means that sometimes they don't work right and need to be fixed. Not the end of the world. Some get fixed at the very end of the assembly line before they have even hit the street.
If you had a long list of issues and they were not trying to fix them I could see the complaint but the longest delay was you getting it to them and they are obviously working on it so it will be fine in the end.
