I am no expert but I deal with a lot of car parts, I am looking at probably $700-800 to cost you to fix it, and I couldn't tell what else you break inside the bumper and fender.

Problem is my collision is a grand, so unless this is gonna cost well over 2k I'd rather leave insurance out of it. Could the bumper really be that much? I did a short search and it looked like they were around 250-400 unpainted.
