It's not something I'm interested in doing, myself. But I was curious if other people take advantage of that. I can see some benefit. I mean, I'm still about 2 months away from making my first meaningful parts purchase (wheels/tires). So I can definitely see how it would be attractive.

My wife and I give ourselves $250/mo of pocket money that we use on whatever we want and it doesn't come out of any other part of our budget. But when I'm wanting to get an OFT, Header-back exhaust, wheels/tires, short-throw shifter + springs, weighted shifter, etc., it can feel like I'm going to need extra patience for this to finally come together.

If anyone does do the financing of parts, what are the pros/cons you've noticed?

I use Paypal credit from time to time. 6 months no interest for many purchases so as long as you pay it off in that frame no harm no foul. It doesnt even appear on your credit report which could be good or bad depending on how you use it lol
