Yeah, the shoulder on the lockout plate. That's all. Just take your time and tweak it so the gearshift stays centered through both first and second gear gates.
Put it in gear and feel how the gearshift has some wiggle room in the gate. Find that middle spot. It'll make sense once you start playing with it.
