Works turbo kit is the only one that is carb legal.
The problem is with all that heat, canned tune that is probably rich, and the stock catalytic converter, the cats will eventually crumble and send metal shards towards your turbo impeller. But it is legal.
Go for a jackson racing or edelbrock supercharger.
