If you want to be actually legal, you'll need a turbo kit that runs the stock exhaust manifold since removing the primary cat falls under the "removing emissions equipment" clause above.
If you want an easier search, look for kits that are CARB legal. You don't need the CARB tune up here, but if the hardware is good for California you'll be fine here.
