humfrz I had my grandpa take a look at it (he's a mechanic) and he says its my clutch, i guess i notice it now too cuz if i don't rev match perfectly when i downshift i can feel the car lurch a split second after i release the pedal as if its slipping before it catches and spins the engine up, new clutch will be in shortly and if anyone wants i can do a quick write up of it (Excedy oem) and compare it to the stock clutch, i guess the previous owner couldn't drive stick very well, ill use this as a good time to change my trans and diff fluid, thanks for the help guys
