I would suggest get the major items done first.
Coilover and rims and tires.
Exhaust dont really do much of anything beside sound unless u get a tune.
With that money u have I would get a KW or TEIN. RPF1 +35 offset w/ RE11, RS3,RE71, MPSS. With this set up,,you would look flush already, and has better handling than many other 86 owner on the road.
