I went winter tires, exhaust, rims + performance tires. It really depends on what you value most. I know living in Canada having a crazy body kit and trying to daily in the winter isn't something plausible for me - so I had to switch up my approach.
I decided to do engine performance last, but there is plenty of ways to get noticeable performance out of the car. For example putting on some michelin pilot sports and slapping on some enkei rpf1's with a lighter exhaust I saved a few pounds and increased the handling.
I find it much more enjoyable trying to get the most out of the car without turning to engine modifications.
TLDR: Tires + Rims
