I went cold air intake/coilovers/wheels with about the same amount of cash. you might be able to squeeze in a header too.
exhaust only gets you hassled by cops in san diego. not sure about MN.
my biggest recommendation though:
TAKE YOUR TIME.
don't rush or you might make a regretful purchase.
