Subaru of Georgetown outside of Austin, TX, left two dents in the top of my driver's side fender when they did the 60K mile service. They lifted the engine to get to the spark plugs, and it looks like they levered something against the fender during that process. Unfortunately I had the service done the day before moving the car to Florida and didn't notice the dents until I arrived there, and I didn't have the time or inclination in the middle of an interstate move to fight with them long distance.
It's funny that every single time I have taken the car in for service at another dealership I have received a survey afterwards. I didn't get one for them. Let this be their review: Subaru of Georgetown sucks donkey balls.
