Sooo... I get back the one-page checklist of the free included multi-point thorough inspection and find out that...

1. My power steering fluid level has been topped up, as it has been the last four oil changes. Great job, guys!

2. My rear brake pads have increased in thickness by 2mm over the last 6000 miles! Cool... a car that regenerates!

3. No need to check the differential or manual transmission oil, despite my query as to whether or not we should probably change them (never have, 2013 @ 46K miles). They assured me they'd check the levels when I told them about my upcoming roundtrip from Syracuse, NY to Baton Rouge, LA. Didn't.. although they DID top up my power steering fluid..

ROFL.. just thought it was funny. They're actually very good to deal with, and very nice people.
