Not sure where you're located, but I have a guy... you'll have to bring the wheels out to Ventura county. They will completely strip, clean and powder coat anything - $200 for a set of 4 wheels. I'm getting some wheels done this week by them. PM me if you want to use him.
If the wheel is damaged and needs repair, there's several good spots in LA.
