I spoke with my friend "Bubba" down at Bubba's Off Road store, and he suggests you get one of these and mount it in that worthless back seat area of an FR-S.
Yep, 40+12 gal = 52 gal = about 1,600 miles (or 25 days) between fill ups ....
Safety? Not to worry, it's in the back seat ...... where people put small children.
