The IRDC's first event is this April 22nd/23rd. Saturday is the Competition driving school and HPDE.
This is a little different than the one we did last Sept.
HPDE/School schedule is on the second page here:

Competition School vs. HPDE?
Competition School ($325): This is required if you wanted to get into racing. It is requirement to get your competition Novice license and therefore move into W2W racing. Even if you weren't planning on W2W racing but wanted some private, top tier instruction for a great deal - this is the way to go.
HPDE ($225): Lapping group - applies to pre-qualified drivers who just want to go lapping without instruction. Passing zones will be limited and you'll be sharing the same track with the competition school drivers.
For those of you who attended last Sept, you'll notice it's a bit less track time for a bit more money - however it IS on a Saturday and that's the trade-off.
I hope some of you will consider the competition school and racing in the future, it's not as expensive as most claim it be and some racers spend less on racing in a season than some spend modifying their street cars. There's also lots of race car rental opportunities as well and if you come out please engage the racers and they'll be happy to discuss how easy it is to try W2W.
I am not the race chairman this year but I will try to answer as many questions as I can should you have them.
Thank you.
p.s. as of 3/17 we have 12 Competition School entries and 1 HPDE so there's room.
