I'd suggest you clear the code and if it doesn't come back, I wouldn't worry about it.

It might just have been a hiccup (misfire).

Back-in-the-day, engines did this every now and then. If the "miss" was consistent, @Tcoat or I would clean the plugs on the weekend. If more than one cylinder was misfiring, we would get a new set of plugs the next time we went into town.....

Of course, @Ultramaroon would immediately go into town, buy and install a new set of plugs, new spark plug wires, a new coil, a new condenser, a new distributer cap and rotor and a new set of points.......
